Oatlands Golf Club had a broad mixture of solutions provided by multiple suppliers, which created confusion as to which supplier to contact when there were IT related problems. The manager asked us to perform a network audit and provide advice as to what the best course of action was to bring their IT needs back in to order, creating less frustrating, more efficient and smoother business operations.
After doing a full network audit we provided a report showing the overall status of the whole network with colour coded areas to highlight any problems or areas of concern. We advised which components required immediate attention and which components needed to be replaced over the upcoming 6 to 24 month time period. We also advised which services were redundant and could be cancelled. After supplying a new server and cleaning up all computers we installed remote management utilities. We also made contact with all 3rd party software vendors and introduced ourselves and setup remote management services for them to use.
With an accurate network audit the client was able to budget and work towards getting their network to a stable and reliable status. They have now achieved this and in the event of any problems arising, all they have to do is call us and we take care of it, or after investigating can quickly point them in the right direction as to whom can help them with their problem.
